Sunday, February 5 is SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY (after Morning Worship). The youth are sponsoring this special event with all proceeds going to our mission team 2012. Parents of our youth will be bringing delicious, lip-smacking soups and sandwiches.  The cost is $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family. Please stay and enjoy a hot lunch—then go home, get comfortable and get ready for Super Bowl XLVI!!!!
GenerARTSity is coming soon! It begins with a showing on February 26th, following Morning Worship, in the Fellowship Hall. People will be allowed to visit and view creations made by the talented people of CUMC! There will be paintings, sketches, photography, woodworking items, needlepoint, crocheting, flower arrangements, hand-woven baskets, and much, much more. On Monday, February 27th, at 6 pm, there will be a Sotheby's-style auction in the Fellowship Hall. At that time, you will have a chance to bid on the item(s) that our talented artisans have graciously donated. If you have a talent, or have a creative streak, we want you to participate. All proceeds will go to the Mission Team 2012 fund.  For further information, contact Brother David.
